About The Position
The Colleague Advisory Specialist is a Human Resources professional position focused on matters related to Employee Relations. The Colleague Advisory Specialist provides advice and support to People Leaders in handling performance and conduct issues through AskHR or inbound calls. They conduct analysis regarding performance issues across the enterprise and target actions, programs, and processes to improve employee selection and performance. The Colleague Advisory Specialist independently investigates employee-initiated claims in partnership with Legal, Human Resource Business Partners, and People Leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable laws. They also perform other assigned duties.
