As a member of the Yearbook Production Team, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment printing high school and college yearbooks to help our customers celebrate some of their greatest achievements. While you’ll lean heavily on your technical abilities, your greatest asset will be your drive and commitment to quality and safety. We live and work in a team environment and rely heavily on each other to assist across a variety of functions and on various machines.

Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience in a high production manufacturing environment which focuses on safety, quality control, and organization
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous success maintaining a strong attendance and on time record
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as tracking sheets, order confirmation sheets and work orders in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience folding large, printed signatures with MBO or Heidelberg folding machines a plus!
  • Experience operating a Kristec sewing machine a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain good working relationship with lead person and fellow workers
  • Communicate with all employees including other shifts
  • Maintain clean and organized work environment
  • Assists in other areas as work backlogs dictate
  • Practice policies regarding safety and personnel/benefit issues
  • Assist in meeting work quota
  • Additional duties and tasks may be assigned to fulfill assignments or complete work in the Cover Plant/Digital Bindery
