Review appraisal reports to determine compliance with all agency and regulatory guidelines as well as investor overlays and TowneBank requirements. Review condominium and PUD project documentation to determine compliance with agency and investor requirements for approving and certifying lender representations and warranties. Complete all necessary forms to comply with regulatory, investor, bank and agency guidelines. Record appropriate data and status into processing system. Mentor and support processors. Support Originators as a resource for questions. Other duties as needed. Obey all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent collateral underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA & USDA guidelines
• Experience with appraisals and/or condo/PUD review (we’ll train in the other!)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling priorities

Nice To Haves

• VA SAR and/or FHA DE authority (CHUMS)
• Experience in both appraisal and condo review

Responsibilities
