About The Position
Zscaler is looking for a Collaboration Solutions Manager to lead and optimize our digital workplace tools, ensuring seamless and secure collaboration across the organization. This role is remote (if outside of the Bay Area) and will report to the Senior Manager, Business Applications Support. The manager will be responsible for managing, evolving, and driving adoption of platforms including Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, and DoControl. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in collaboration tools, a strategic mindset for workplace efficiency, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity. This position will work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure our collaboration stack meets business needs while aligning with security and compliance policies.
