Collaborating Physician Texas (Fully Remote)
About The Position
Icon Health is breaking barriers as an orthopedic telehealth and care navigation company. We are a group of experienced healthcare professionals and clinicians passionate about improving the way orthopedic care is delivered. We are on a mission to transform value based care initiatives to align the patient experience, patient outcomes, and a top tier provider network. We are seeking a collaborating board certified Family Medicine: Sports Medicine Fellowship trained physician for our APP providers. This candidate must be licensed in the state of Texas. This individual will be needed solely for licensing and credentialing and collaboration only as required by Texas law. This individual must be willing to move quickly for our staff to update CAQH profiles in preparation for credentialing submissions
Requirements
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Licensure: TX
- Certifications: Board certification in Family Medicine: Sports Medicine
