Requirements

• Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License.
• Board certified/board eligible required.
• Residency completion required.
• 1 year experience in Healthcare management.
• Experience with Risk Adjustment.
• Must reside in the state where the openings exist.

Responsibilities

• Work with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group.
• Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions.
• Regularly perform annual chart reviews.
• Consult with APN to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality.
• Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
