The work environment is physically demanding, requiring you to tolerate continuous labor in a cold (-10 degrees F) and humid setting for 9-11 hours per day. You will be lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, employing proper lifting techniques, and walking extensively throughout your shift. Tyson Foods offers flexible hours and incentive pay, with a starting pay of $24.75 per hour, plus a night shift premium of $0.85 per hour.
