About The Position
Description Job Description Fabrication Scaler B SHIFT 1 Prioritize and organize the make sheet with the cattle available to fill product orders 2 Direct the Chain Feed Person to put the correct grade cattle on the chain and in the right amount 3 Document all floor downtime by time lost, when, and reason 4 Keep track of all product changes and notify affected supervisors of each product change 5 Keep track and record all grade and program cattle changes 6 Keep track of amount of cattle cut daily and record 7 Verify and document start and shift end times 8 Verify cattle temperatures coming into Fabrication and documentation 9 Assure all cut codes are in the system correctly 10 Complete all end of shift paperwork and verify is sent to interested parties EOE/M/F/DISB/VET
