About The Position
Organize area specific maintenance in the Cold Mill. Participate in planning and leading maintenance related activities. Support day to day production activities as required. Direct contractors and vendors for maintenance repairs and spare parts.
Requirements
- Have a thorough understanding of the "TAKE CONTROL of SAFETY" expectations and demonstrate an exceptional safety record.
- Possess excellent communication skills, a self-starting and motivated work ethic, and a proven track record of dedicated attendance.
- Also, show a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and lead others.
- Have extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, including knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, combustion systems, driveline power transmission, and experience in accessing and interpreting mechanical drawings.
Nice To Haves
- Previous maintenance experience with training and/or Technical degree.
