About The Position
The Cold Heading Operator position involves setting up and operating cold header machines to manufacture high-quality self-piercing rivets. The role requires a hands-on problem solver who is detail-oriented and safety-conscious, ensuring optimal machine performance and maintaining production quality. The operator will work primarily on the second shift, with initial training on the first shift, and must be available to work 6 out of 7 days.
