Requirements

- Must be 16 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Handle daily produce deliveries
- Take cold prep items (e.g., lettuce) from delivery to ready-to-eat (wash, prep, store)
- Follow recipe cards to assemble cold prep menu items
- Facilitate a clean and sanitary food prep work area
- Independently perform all duties in an efficient manner
