About The Position

We are urgently hiring a Cold Caller - Business Development Representative for a full-time position. This role offers the opportunity to earn up to $100K+ annually, which includes a base salary and performance incentives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and customers, presenting and promoting our services effectively, and maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups. The position requires meeting daily and weekly call targets, making it essential for candidates to be comfortable with high-volume calling and to have a flexible schedule to accommodate US PST hours and weekends.

Requirements

• Age: 22-28 years old
• 1-3 years of experience in sales/outbound calling
• Medium to High English proficiency
• Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and Google tools
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
• Available for US PST hours with weekend flexibility
• Reliable internet connection (75+ Mbps) and backup power
