Job Summary Operates Machinery to manufacture coil plastic fasteners. Changes all raw material necessary for production. Insures quality of product, weighs and records quality of element produced.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Load monofilament and cord onto coiling machine as needed
• Perform written quality checks of dimensions of element on each assigned machine using dial thickness gauge
• Cut, tag, weigh and record production
• Repair breaks to raw material and make adjustments to dimensions as necessary
• Move carts of monofilament and cord to work area as necessary
• Performing any other duties assigned by management
