About The Position
The CNC Coiler Assistant/Apprentice position is designed to provide hands-on experience with Spring Manufacturing equipment in a support role. The primary goal is to assist the main operators by performing various tasks, allowing them to focus on programming and final stages of part setup. This role offers the potential for the assistant/apprentice to transition into a full CNC operator role based on their aptitude, mechanical skills, and work habits.
