Requirements

Ability to read and follow specifications as required to mold required part(s).
Ability of read and write English.
Ability to work with minimum direction.
Abilit to identify different materials and products.
Knowledge of measuring and testing devices.
Knowledge of machine and tooling functions/interactions.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working in fast pace, high change environment.

Responsibilities

Changes tooling.
Troubleshoots all operating equipment.
Performs machine repairs and preventative maintenance on machine tools as needed.
Processes all materials.
Starts-up and shuts down machinery.
Ensures proper materials are used at each machine.
Sets up accessory equipment, such as material feeds, auxiliary cooling, etc.
Maintains set-up records on tools, preventative maintenance and run profiles.
Adjusts machines to produce quality products as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
