About The Position

That’s a typical night with our team in Rome, NY. You’ll train on first shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) to learn our processes and then transition to third shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Saturday overtime is scheduled in advance.

Requirements

Clear communication and the ability to follow work instructions.
Solid basic math and strong attention to detail.
Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as business needs arise.
A positive, team-first approach.
Ability to meet physical requirements
High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Material handler experience
Ability to read a tape measure
Comfort with heavy material handling
Current forklift license
Shop math proficiency
Background in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Operate and keep an eye on production equipment, ensuring smooth, safe throughput.
Load and unload materials, stage product, and assist with packaging to customer specs.
Perform quality checks using gauges, fixtures, and a tape measure; document results.
Support machine operators with changeovers, setups, and routine documentation.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area.

Benefits

Hourly rate: $20.00–$23.40 based on experience, plus a $1.50/hour shift premium.
Overtime: time-and-a-half after 40 hours; double time after 48 hours.
