About The Position
Join R&L Spring Company and build your future in manufacturing! We are hiring Coil Forming Operators to run precision equipment that produces high-quality parts for customers worldwide. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are looking to start a hands-on career, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. 3rd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 10 pm to 6:30 am
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow work instructions and use measuring tools (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate coil, wire form, and four-slide machines
- Perform quality checks and complete documentation
- Work with team members to keep production running smoothly
- Safely handle, inspect, and package finished parts
