The Global Technology (GT) Cohort Hiring 2.0 program is part of the Global Technology Recruiting function and provides the business with the talent they need for both today and tomorrow. As a Cohort Hiring Program Manager within Global Technology Recruiting, you will help us build and test new processes regarding cohort hiring placements onboarding orientation and acclimation. You will deliver the candidate placement process, using inputs from candidates as well as hiring managers to create a smooth effective placement process for all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will plan for and partner with the key stakeholders for onboarding and facilitate New Hire Orientation Day One experience. You will also engage with new hires and hiring managers during the acclimation phase of their employment.
