About The Position
The Cognos Software Configuration Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the IBM Cognos suite of tools. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements, designing and developing custom reports and dashboards, and ensuring that Cognos environments are optimized for performance and scalability. The engineer will also handle security configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide training and documentation for end users.
