About The Position
The Cognitive Performance Specialist at LMR Technical Group is responsible for training Soldiers to enhance their cognitive skills for optimal performance in training and operations, ultimately improving overall readiness. This role involves managing and providing education based on cognitive performance and tailored training programs for individuals and teams, working closely with the H2F Performance Team to ensure integration with training calendars.
