The Program Coordinator assumes responsibility for the comprehensive management and coordination of the Thinking for a Change and Decision Points (T4C/DP) program within the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department. Thinking for a Change is a cognitive-behavioral-change program specifically tailored for Justice-Involved Individuals (JII). This pivotal role necessitates effective collaboration with stakeholders and program facilitators, formulation of program objectives, meticulous processing of referrals, strategic coordination of class assignments to guarantee the appropriate placement of justice-involved individuals, creation of facilitator schedules, diligent progress monitoring, and the assurance of successful program implementation. Additionally, the Program Coordinator exercises oversight in resource allocation and data evaluation to ascertain that the program attains its objectives and aligns seamlessly with organizational goals.
