About The Position

The Coggin Family Academic Success Center is looking for a reliable and friendly Student Worker to supervise the front desk and assist with daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for students, providing a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the center's mission.

Requirements

• Must be registered at Lipscomb University as a full-time student for the Spring 2025 semester.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in students upon arrival for their appointments with peer tutors, biology recitations, group study sessions, or the math lab.
• Learn and effectively use WC Online, the scheduling and check-in system, to manage appointments.
• Assist ASC staff with administrative tasks and support daily operations.
• Collaborate with peer tutors to ensure the ASC is tidy by clearing tables, cleaning whiteboards, and preparing the space for the following day.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment for students.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and supportive atmosphere in the ASC at all times.
