Requirements

Experience in a public contact experience with a willingness to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of customers in a high-volume seasonal retail operation
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. with assistance) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, answering customers’ questions regarding location, price, and use of merchandise.
Greet customers on sales floor.
Operate cash register and obtain payment or credit authorization.
Wrap or bag merchandise for customers as needed.
Process returns and exchanges.
Prepare end-of-shift deposit of payments.
Stock and restock product as necessary; maintain product displays.
Take inventory of stock and requisition merchandise from stockroom.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
