As a Coffeehouse Consultant, you will… Champion a customer-first culture and coach Licensees on delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Starbucks brand standards. Use performance dashboards and analytics to identify trends and guide Licensees in developing targeted action plans to improve sales, labor, and customer satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with Licensee leaders, influencing decision-making and driving alignment on brand priorities and operational excellence.
