The person in this position will provide exceptional customer service and hospitality in The Coffee Shop and retail location. Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality espresso beverages, assisting customers with purchases, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. This individual will also manage back-of-house tasks such as inventory checks, restocking merchandise, and ensuring equipment is clean and operational.
