Direct operations and staff in delivering fresh food and beverages with stellar service to our customers. Hours: Full-time, including weekends and some holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in restaurant POS systems.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• A focus in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the coffee shop to ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment.
• Train and develop shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.
• Address customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensure the coffee shop is clean and equipment is maintained and in working order.
• Create and distribute weekly staff work schedules.
• Oversee café supplies including placing product orders and replenishing stock.
