Coffee Bar Manager Friendly personality and customer service mentalityCarry out all merchandising programs for the departmentOrder merchandise and control inventorySupervise and provide in depth training for department personnelMake sure products are prepared, priced, promoted, restocked, etc. according to approved procedures while minimizing waste and maintaining maximum profitabilityCoordinate the building of displays, signs, and the arrangement of products within the departmentInsure favorable department image to the highest standards of presentation to increase the McCaffreys brandFollow all safe food handling procedures and insure that staff also compliesPerform all functions of Baristas in the department when necessaryPerform other duties as assigned by the store manager Physical Demands:Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty.Ability to wear company-provided uniform, and maintain a clean and groomed appearance.

Responsibilities
- Carry out all merchandising programs for the department
- Order merchandise and control inventory
- Supervise and provide in depth training for department personnel
- Make sure products are prepared, priced, promoted, restocked, etc. according to approved procedures while minimizing waste and maintaining maximum profitability
- Coordinate the building of displays, signs, and the arrangement of products within the department
- Insure favorable department image to the highest standards of presentation to increase the McCaffreys brand
- Follow all safe food handling procedures and insure that staff also complies
- Perform all functions of Baristas in the department when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
