Direct operations and staff in delivering fresh food and beverages with stellar service to our customers. Hours: Full-time, including weekends and some holidays. Unofficially, the dream began with Liz Uihlein’s love and memories of spending vacations with cousins in the Northwoods. In 2014, EAU Holdings expanded by opening multiple businesses. After extensive remodeling, these year-round businesses have made downtown Manitowish Waters a beautiful place for residents and visitors alike

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience in restaurant POS systems.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the coffee shop to ensure consistent, quality food and beverage service in an inviting environment.
• Train and develop shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the guest experience.
• Address customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensure the coffee shop is clean and equipment is maintained and in working order.
• Create and distribute weekly staff work schedules.
• Oversee café supplies including placing product orders and replenishing stock.
