About The Position

Wolf River, the coffee shop/cafeteria/kitchen located within the Menards Corporate Office, is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join their team! Wolf River is a brand-new facility with top-of-the-line equipment, and is available only to Menards Team Members. Our cafeteria serves pre-made and made-to-order breakfasts and lunches, as pre-determined by the Manager's menu, as well as Starbucks Coffee drinks. Requirements
- Experience with food service is a plus, but not required
- Daytime hours between 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. are necessary
- Must be prepared for a fast-paced, physical position involving standing for long periods of time
- Must be willing to learn and excited about helping others.
Responsibilities
- Box and serve food to Team Members (facility not open to the public)
- Aid in kitchen prep; making salads, cutting, slicing, etc
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks as ordered
- Restock retail merchandise; drinks, chips, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas
- Conversate with team members and provide top notch customer service
- Wash dishes as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
