About The Position

As our Coffee Shop Attendant (Barista), you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering genuine, friendly service. You’ll help create an inviting atmosphere for hotel guests and locals alike, ensuring each visit starts—or ends—on a positive note. You’ll represent the hotel with professionalism, accuracy, and hospitality while maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming café environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous barista, café, or customer service experience is preferred
Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash or POS transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment and displays
Stock and replenish coffee, food items, and supplies
Follow recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily operations
Uphold hotel service standards and brand expectations
Assist with opening and/or closing duties as assigned
