About the role Picture your day starting at 7:00 a.m. You load up coffee, tea, and allied products, review your stops, and head out to provide route relief where needed. By 9:00 a.m., you are replenishing and rotating beverage station items for a scheduled customer, making sure everything is in stock and merchandised to standard. Before leaving, you perform a CQC (Cup Quality Check) and confirm the equipment is clean and operating correctly. As the day progresses, you manage invoices, inventory counts, and collections at each stop, while looking for ways to boost revenue per stop—closing distribution gaps on core items, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, and applying pricing actions as directed. You use the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to strengthen loyalty, and when time allows, you make additional sales calls. If an issue pops up, you promptly escalate it to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and note any inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or opportunities uncovered during route relief. Between calls, you may support cycle counts or warehouse tasks, and you continue building your knowledge of brewing equipment so you can complete basic adjustments or minor repairs. You finish by 4:00 p.m., after ensuring every customer on the day’s schedule received the service and delivery they expected. Schedule & driving Typical work schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; overtime when needed Valid driver’s license required Must be able to successfully complete a DOT physical
