Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment to produce consistent, high-quality coffee.
• Monitor roasting profiles and make adjustments to achieve desired flavor profiles.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency across batches.
• Weigh, bag, seal, and label coffee products with precision and care.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient packaging operations.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and restock as needed.
• Conduct cupping sessions to evaluate the flavor and quality of roasted beans.
• Ensure roasted coffee meets company standards for freshness, aroma, and taste.
• Clean and maintain roasting and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all operations.
