Responsibilities

• Complete studies on coffee manufacturing and liquid extraction processes, collect relevant data and provide recommendations based on data
• Learn and utilize laboratory analytical tools to measure product changes
• Using systems to their maximum potential and make reporting effective, efficient, timely, accurate, and insightful
• Analyze current research and development processes; develop and implement ideas for improvement
• Develop performance standards & metrics; implement analysis and reporting processes to monitor operational performance
• Work on specifications creation and documentation
• Other duties as assigned by R&D team
