About The Position

Join our team as a Service Technician extraordinaire! In this dynamic role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, swooping in to save the day when our equipment needs a little TLC. From fixing espresso machines to fine-tuning brewers, you'll be our go-to guru for all things mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related. Plus, you'll be spreading smiles by providing top-notch customer service and ensuring our customers are brewing up perfection every time.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
• Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines.
• The ability to read and write in English is required.
• Must possess effective communication and customer service skills.
• Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Embark on thrilling adventures to customer locations to diagnose and repair equipment quirks.
• Work your magic in our Market Center, reviving equipment to its former glory.
• Master the art of documenting your heroics (and maybe even adding a little flair to your work order notes).
• Embrace the unexpected with scheduled and unscheduled service calls, installations, and water filter changes.
• Keep our service area and trusty van in tip-top shape, all while following safety guidelines.
