About The Position

The Coffee Equipment Technician role at Espresso Tech Service Company involves providing field service for specialty coffee equipment across various locations. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prefer some coffee-related experience such as Barista, Roaster, Trainer, or Technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and common sense approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely lift 80lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to listen and take notes.
• Good driving record and ability to drive long distances.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service within the coffee industry.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities
