Job Summary:The Technician Manager (coffee/water/filtration equipment) leads and develops a team of technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining coffee and water machines. In this role, you will oversee all service calls, prioritize and assign work, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality completion. You will coach and mentor technicians, provide guidance on troubleshooting and repairs, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. The Technician Manager also evaluates equipment for repair needs, monitors long-term performance, and ensures the team delivers exceptional service while growing their skills and maintaining high operational standards.
