About The Position

Partners Coffee, a small-batch coffee roaster in Bushwick, New York, is seeking a courteous, friendly, and reliable Driver. The company focuses on sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee daily on Probat roasters in a bright, spacious warehouse conveniently located near public transportation. The role requires working independently, maintaining excellent communication across customers, clients, vendors, and teammates. This is a full-time position, typically 30–40 hours per week, with a mix of 6 am and 8 am starts. Most days are 8 hours, though some weeks follow a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule, always arranged in advance. The majority of the day will be spent loading and delivering to wholesale accounts and company cafes, as well as moving stock between warehouses. On days when delivery routes change, the driver will join the production team to help pack coffee and other items in the fulfillment center, ensuring consistent hours. Physical requirements include driving up to 10 hours per day, lifting up to 60 lbs (with assistance for heavier items), walking the site with a hand truck, repetitive hand and wrist movements, and climbing ladders and stairs. Requirements

• Previous delivery experience
• Valid NY driver's license
• Comfortable working independently
• Available at least one day on the weekend
• Ability to use a pallet jack
• Ability to drive up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs throughout the day (with assistance for heavier items)
• Ability to walk the site with a hand truck
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
