About The Position
The Coffee Buyer will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the coffee supply chain including but not limited to quality and sensory, green and roasted coffee buying, and partner account management. This role requires deep knowledge of coffee supply chains, sensory evaluation, and relationship management with producers and suppliers. They will have a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. This role is hybrid, with 3 days/week on-site expected. This individual will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.
