About our property: Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality - High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public. It features 1,400 hotel rooms (all single occupancy, no suites), nine restaurants and lounges (including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants), and 200,000 square feet of meeting space (Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms). A Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields are available to associates. The clientele is exclusively professional, with no weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events. It is located in Westlake, Texas, near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke, and is managed by Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University. The Coffee Break Attendant will set up and prepare the break stations for daily coffee break functions, maintain their presentation, and clean and tear down at closing time. Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Basic Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Nice To Haves

Food & Beverage experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up for functions and break stations to include preparing stations, setting proper signage, polishing silverware, changing linens, brewing coffee and decorating stations.
Service to include picking up food from kitchen, taking food to break locations, displaying and replenishing food as needed as well as clearing food.
Break down to include bussing break stations, returning food to kitchen, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, sweeping and mopping.
Cleaning of back hall, presetting break stations and organizing of storerooms.
Restock and maintain the presentation of Office Break Stations.
Set up and tear down F&B breaks in classrooms, labs and training rooms.
