About The Position

The Coffee Barista is responsible for upholding the company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. This role involves greeting guests, accurately entering orders into the register, processing payments, and preparing all beverage and food items according to guest specifications. The barista is expected to be knowledgeable about all product offerings to answer guest questions effectively. Key responsibilities also include operating all coffee shop machines and having a thorough understanding of beverage recipes.

Responsibilities

Upholding our company's high standard of service
Assisting guests with their beverage and food orders
Greeting guests
Entering orders into the register and tendering payment
Preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order
Being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests’ questions
Operating all machines in the coffee shop
Knowing and understanding the recipes of the beverages
