About The Position

Contribute to success of Seven Corners Coffee by executing required operations during scheduled shifts. Prepare quality coffee, espresso and related beverages and foods in keeping with Seven Corner's mission of exceeding customer expectations in an effort to enhance a faith-life experience.

Requirements

• Barista experience in a retail or restaurant environment 1 year required
• Knowledge, skill and ability working with high quality espresso machines and equipment and the products they create
• Familiar with all aspects of coffeehouse operations in addition to barista including back bar, register, foodservice and steward
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships

• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food safety and security
• Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed
• Subscribe to and affirm the Statement of Faith and Covenant of Wooddale Church

Benefits

• Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time will accrue at 1 hour per every 30 hours worked and the hourly rate is $16.00.
