About The Position

The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding the company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. This includes preparing all beverage/food orders according to guest specifications, being knowledgeable about all product offerings, and answering guests’ questions. The lead will also be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and understand beverage recipes. They may also perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager, such as ordering product, completing inventory, and preparing required reports.

Must be at least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

Upholding our company's high standard of service
Assisting guests with their beverage and food orders
Preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order
Being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests’ questions
Operating all machines in the coffee shop
Knowing and understanding the recipes of the beverages
Performing back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager to include ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports
