Coffee Barista Lead
About The Position
The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. Duties include getting guests and preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order, being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests’ questions. Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages. May perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager to include ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports.

- Must be at least 16 years of age

Responsibilities
- Assisting guests with their beverage and food orders
- Getting guests and preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order
- Being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests’ questions
- Operate all machines in the coffee shop
- Know and understand the recipes of the beverages
- May perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager to include ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports.
