Stew Leonard’s, a family-owned and operated fresh food store, is looking for a Part-Time Coffee Barista Host. The company is known for its country-fair atmosphere, costumed characters, and animated entertainment. As a Coffee Host, you will be part of an award-winning team, bringing positive energy, great service, and delicious drinks to every guest interaction, treating customers like family.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Entry-level position – no prior experience required
• Ability to use equipment safely and effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Honest and respectful team player

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience
• Answer product questions and offer recommendations
• Select, package, and price drinks and food items at the Coffee Bar
• Operate a cash register and handle various forms of payment (Coffee & Ice Cream only)
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all health and safety regulations
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
