Our Tulsa based company is looking for a career-minded, insightful, solutions-oriented Coffee Account Manager to cultivate relationships with current customers in Tulsa and surrounding areas.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned coffee and beverage service accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, site visits, and responsive support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, service requests, and equipment needs.
  • Conduct routine account reviews to assess satisfaction, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate customers on product offerings, brewing equipment, and service programs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product lines, upgrade equipment, or introduce additional services.
  • Deliver consultative sales recommendations based on customer preferences, consumption trends, and business goals.
  • Prepare and present product proposals, quotes, and customized service plans.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely installation of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot brewing and dispensing equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Diagnose common machine errors and perform basic on-site adjustments or maintenance.
  • Analyze account consumption or service patterns to identify operational issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Work closely with service technicians and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or route sales (coffee, beverage, or vending industry experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn coffee equipment troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift and carry products or equipment (up to 40 lbs).
  • Comfortable with driving a company vehicle to customer locations throughout the Tulsa area.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, or bend during equipment checks and installations.
  • Proven relationship builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills

  • Excellent listening, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience
