Job Summary: Assists developing plans for benefits, wellness, rewards and recognition processes, polices and programs. Works closely with other organizational leaders and with Regional/Facility Human Resources (HR) teams to assess benefits priorities and ensure alignment between the benefits program and the organization's strategy and values. Collaborates with multiple operations, technology and HR partners to implement changes to existing plans, roll out new plans and monitor the impact of plans. Requires occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Three years of evaluating and designing benefits programs, including selecting and monitoring impact metrics: Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in human resources: Preferred
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP): Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the design of benefits, rewards and recognition programs, policies and procedures.
  • Deploys benefits related programs, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates with partners on Open Enrollment communication tools, staff training and Human Resources (HR) system configuration to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
  • Identifies process and procedure improvement opportunities.
  • Partners with Regional/Facility HR to develop Regional/Facility specific benefits, wellness, and rewards and recognition programs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
