About The Position

Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to contribute their coding expertise in training generative AI models. This freelance role allows for remote work with flexible hours, enabling coders to assist in enhancing AI capabilities by crafting questions and evaluating AI-generated code.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Spanish - Chile.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Craft and answer questions related to computer science to assist in training AI models.
• Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models.
