About The Position

Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to contribute their coding expertise in training generative AI models. This freelance role allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on enhancing AI capabilities through human feedback. Candidates will engage with AI models to help them learn coding by crafting questions and evaluating generated code.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science from a selective institution.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Singaporean English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI or machine learning concepts (not required but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Craft and answer questions related to computer science to assist in training AI models.
• Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models.
