About The Position

The Coder/Biller is responsible for accurate medical coding and timely billing
of professional services provided by hospital-based physicians. This role
ensures compliance with federal and payer regulations while optimizing revenue
capture and minimizing denials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2+ years of professional (physician) coding and billing experience, preferably hospital-based.
• Knowledge of E/M guidelines, modifiers, and payer rules.
• Proficiency with EHRs and practice management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
