We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Code & Zoning Compliance team.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technology

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for clients, building management, contractors and city agency personnel for code & zoning compliance related tasks
  • Prepare and coordinate submission of project documents
  • Conduct City Agency research where applicable
  • Update in-house data management system (ABS)
  • Utilize City Agency websites in document preparation and submission
  • Enter data, update documents and electronic applications via agency portals
  • Cooperate with other team members to coordinate project completion
  • Aid in keeping the team organized and running smoothly by accomplishing assigned tasks.
